Sunday and it's boring.

It used to be that I had a target for posts on Saturday and Sunday. I would publish elements of Sarah - I knew that ahead of time and it gave me 'safety' on the weekends. It gave me something to do.

Now that I'm working on Sarah and bringing it to an end, and doing that work 'offline' and in private, so to speak, I find myself at loose ends on the weekends, and as I look into myself and my life to find things to blog about, I find me and my life to be rather boring. Nothing interesting here, folks, move along.

That 'target' thing is what I find in Memes, too. "Monday Menaders", which is mine, "Wordless Wednesday" which belongs to others, "100 Word Challenge" on Thursday and "Haiku Friday" which I have sort of rescued from oblivion to the extent that there are other people beginning to participate, are all 'targeted' posts. Like an assignment. A Pre-assignment.

But left to my own devices ... Nothing interesting here, folks. Move along.

You are silly.
See it from the positive angle.
At least there are no catastrophes.
And you can always resort to photos.
I'm sure your archives are big enough ;-)

I'm going through a similar situation, a sort of writer's block. Using the memes I participate in, including your Haiku Friday, forces me to move outside of my comfort zone and try other writing styles.

You, my friend, need not worry about being uninteresting. What you share in this space is always a welcome oasis.

I agree, I always love to read what you have to say! You're never boring. Why not publish a few photographs on Saturday and Sunday? You could participate in Kim's meme ( frogpondsrock) and use photo's from your archives? I'm sure there is enough in there to keep you occupied for the weekend?
I hope you have a great weekend!

You're funny. I like shocking people once in a while and just not posting at all. We all survive... :)

Have a beautiful Sunday!

I really enjoy your mental wanderings. But if you want to get the creative juices flowing, come back to 10thDoM. And bring Tara with you.

OH, to be bored...

WV is 'stordill', which makes me think of 'sordid', but also 'dill', so like a sordid fish, all seasoned up with dill? Oh wait, a SWORD fish with dill. Ok, that's fine, I can go to sleep now.

"I find me and my life to be rather boring." Ugh, I have been feeling the same way. I haven't blogged. It's like, why bother?

At least you are being productive by *producing* stories.
