No time, no inspiration, no Haiku. Instead, I am going to briefly recap the London trip - just so you know what a geat time we had. Not in chronological order - we saw: The Lord of the Rings, musical. We Will Rock You, musical by Queen. The Sound of Music, a new production. Wicked. 4 musicals in 6 days. We went to: Stonehenge, Bath (to see the Roman Baths), Oxford and Statford on Avon. We had: Backstage tour of The National Theatre, a 1.5 hour workshop on Shakespeare, a tour of the Globe Theatre (re-construction of the original, on the south bank of the Thames). We toured Windsor Castle (the Queen was in residence). We toured the Tower of London. We saw the 'orators' at Speaker's Corner in Hyde Park. We saw: Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, The House of Lords and the House of Commons. We heard Big Ben and Old Tom. We rode the tube system all over hell and creation. We ate Chinese, Turkish, Indian, Spanish and English food. There were times when I thought I was going to die. But it was great.

Just reading this made me tired. Holy Crap! That a jam packed vacation. You need a vacation to recover from your vacation!

Holy crap! Sounds like you packed an incredible amount into your trip.
We had a photo night this week -- and seeing a bunch of photos from everybody showed how much we really saw in Italy. It's truly stunning how much one can pack into a few days.
I am beyond jealous. Everything I would have done.
Except shoe shopping. There would have been lots of shoe shopping...
Whoa! I have no idea how you crammed in all of that...I would have keeled over. Seriously.
O.k., you had me at "4 musicals in 6 days." The rest would just be gravy!
