Friday Haiku Friday

Haiku Friday

Cyber family
has been so troubled of late,
and I feel badly.

The lovely Lotus,
our Dear and Sarcastic Mom,
lives in a hellhole.

Full of awful mold,
the landlord has done nothing,
to make it better.

Our Braden lives there.
He belongs to all of us.
Is he sick from it?

Is Lotus sick too?
From the mold all through her house?
That they will not fix.

Friends are stepping in.
Some are trying to help her,
get out of that house.

Please, can you help her?
Go here, and read about it.
Find a way to help?

You are what they mean when they say, "BADASS."

Thanks, Lou! I am so moved.

I cannot for the life of me write good haiku, so I am much in awe.

The more people who post about this the better!

What a kind, considerate man you are. Were you born this way or did your wife mold you into this great being? :)

I feel the love all over the blogosphere! :)

LouCeel, you're an inspiration. So much so that I stole your Friday Haiku idea and the image too. Someday I'll get my own. But I'm giving you credit and a link to your blog. Hope that's okay. Or is that like stealing your money and then saying, "but then I gave it to charity, so that's okay, right?"

Angie: I wish I could do more.

Lotus: Whether you know it or not - and somehow, by the time all is said and done, I think you will - you are Loved.

Veronica: My first few Haiku's demonstrated a serious inability to count to seven, but it has been fun learning.

Elizabeth: There is much I am I would not be, but for Annie.

Rebecca: Yeah. Ain't it cool?

innkeeper: As much as I would like to, I cannot lay claim to the idea. It was already born and running fully fledged when I started blogging. If you go here you may find the source. But thanks for the linky love. Anytime.

I love how everyone is rallying around our friend! I'm in full on prayer mode for the Carrolls!

Yay! Glad you can join us for Haiku Friday, and with such a good cause to write about.

(To sign the Mr Linky, go to my homepage of my blog or Jennifer's blog. The new Mr Linky is posted each Friday with our haiku - it's usually the first post. Thanks for pointing out the vagueness of the instructions - I'll update them to make it easier to find the Mr Linky.)

You rock :) I think everyone is banding together to help out Lotus this week. I read she's getting out of the moldy house!! woohoo! I've been really worried for them lately. I've posted a blurb about them too :)

S.A.M.: WOOT.

Christina: Thanks - I finally got my Linky thing figured out.

Sandy: Yes - the landlord is letting them out of their place with no further expenditure. But now they need moving money.

No, really...

paul: Confucius may have commented on the dilemma Haiku presents to normal and orderly thought, but I can't find the quote.

Thanks so much for the support of Lotus. And, I appreciate you coming by my place to comment.

anglophilefootballfanatic: Lotus is one of my favorite people in the whole world. I would do anything for her. I will be by your site from time to time (read:everyday) - I found you because you read Siobhan.
