... most of which have been posted since January 1st, 2008. Until this year, I had posted daily, without exception. During this year I have, from time to time, not posted on a day, or, as lately, I've not posted on weekends.
Back in the day, I used to have the time to read and comment on posts all over hell and creation. And, because I commented a lot, I got a lot of comments in return. Over time, I have lost that "readin' mojo", and with that I have lost a lot of readership and comments.
Of course, I think I've lost a lot in terns of quality, as well. I'm sometimes given to wondering if I should take some time to allow the writing wellspring to refill itself; maybe take some time off from blogging. I hesitate to do that - but maybe the time for hesitation is over.
In fact - I think I should do it. Now. And I will ...
I'm taking off for a while. I will be back here, Lord willin' and the creek don't rise, on January 1st of 2014. Maybe, in the meantime, I can get some of that "readin' mojo" back.
Have a happy set of Holidays. Merry Christmas. Happy Thanksgiving. Don't spend it all on Black Friday. See you on Facebook, in the meantime.
And remember ...
