What follows is in response to the 100 Word Challenge, authored by the very focused Velvet Verbosity. The word this week is "Obsession".
What's wrong with me?
Nothing, why?
There's got to be something wrong with me, because I can't compete anymore.
Compete with what? What are you talking about?
Oh, I don't know. Your computer. You Facebook ... you Blog ... you Twitter ...
Tweet. You use Twitter to tweet.
Oh. SORRY. TWEET away then.
What is your problem?
All this stuff you do now, that's what my problem is. It's like you've constructed your own little world and there's no room for me.
That's not what what's happening.
It's what it feels like. I used to be your obsession. Now? Now I don't know.

I'm sure this conversation has taken place between numerous couples in the last few years.
What Employee No. 3699 said. :P
Honestly. I did not read anyone's before I posted mine. Obviously, though, some of us have computer problems. And I don't mean technical ones! This was a goodie. Thanks for sharing it.
Hmmm... this sounds uncomfortably familiar. Great dialog, yet again.
Computer obsessions... yes I know these well! Luckily, I've been able to pull myself back from it... a little.
Great work!
Definitely familiar!
you caught the angst and concern from both characters very well. Nicely done!
I had this conversation twice today with my hubby. He was tweeting all during lunch, and while he was cooking dinner on the grill! I told him his could just sleep with his twitter tonight! HEHE.....
This is so sad. How ironic that in the quest to be more connected, the most important person was left behind. Very well written.
