We needed to replace our tree.
LM wants to wait until AFTER Christmas.
When they'll be "On Sale".
Meanwhile, she saw the above at Sears.
And fell in love.
Yes, she's a little weird.
She is, after all, married to me.
Ndinombethe.

OMG, that's really a Charlie Brown tree! I love it too.
that's CUTE! i like her thinking. wanna see my 'tree' this year??? since my electronic drum kit arrived, there's no place for a christmas tree, how sad is that. so, we're on plan b too...
What a cheerful post!
That tree is so cute! I love it!
Have a great6 Wednesday!
It has a certain "je ne sais quoi"! ROFL!!
How appropriate! It is about the reason for the season not the acoutrements that surrounds it. With that tree, you guys get to live the dream and not just wish other people were living it.
I absolutely adore it. :)
Awww...it's so cute I want to give it a hug. Except that would probably knock off its last needle;)
That tree needs a lot of love and you've generated it here- I think it's like rooting for the underdog!
I think that is the MOST perfect Christmas tree I have seen all season. LM is brilliant.
Awww! I love it too! :)
That is most awesome!!!
I saw some trees at Goodwill today. Nice ones, too. Just an idea in case you don't want to wait.
Red Lotus Mama: Thank you, Ma'am. the same to you.
PattiKen: And the rest of the story? She had to go back to Sears and exchange what she bought because the box was empty - that is result of the SECOND try at buying one.
Shadow: I like that ... "Plan B".
Betty Manouso: Thank you, Betty. You're sweet.
Jientje: "Je ne sais quoi". And "joie de vivre", too.
Big Mark 243: I guess we're still trying to figure out just what we're saying with that tree.
Rebecca: Thank you, Reba. Miss you.
Kim: This tree seems to kindle (Not an ad for Amazon) maternal instincts in some.
Grandmother: We're going to keep this thing for ever and ever - even if it never again becomes "the" tree.
Tara R: Of course she is. She married me, after all.
Joyce-Anne: And I am so glad you do.
I love it!
OMG it is ADORABLE!
I must have one. MUST.
I will call it Lou.
She sounds like a perfect match for my husband!
Hehehe, love that tree. The one in my apartment is even sadder. Also, I watched A Charlie Brown Christmas last night for the first time in a million years, and it made me feel the way I remember. Good stuff.
