Wordless Wednesday - Soon, Chicago

Soon, Chicago

Soon - and in Spades.

Ndinombethe.

P.S. Did anyone but me notice, with unemployment so high, and the economy 'stagnating' as it is, that yesterday Wall Street reported RECORD corporate profits for the third quarter. Anyone?

You know I did. When you dump everyone of the payroll, the Balance Sheet looks better. Quality sucks, product sucks. This year for T-day the Little Woman and I are splitting a Cornish hen. No kidding.

Yup... glad 'soon' is coming after I have left!

While I don't think either party is that much distinct from the other, it is CLEAR that the GOP has interest other than the people that they are supposed to serve. This is not accounting for the reactionary people on the far right. Add them with the 'mainstream' crew on the right and you have trouble!!

You have to wonder about the sanity of people who would vote for tax cuts for people who engineered the finacial meltdown and are the first benificaries of any hint of a recovery. It is amazing... mind boggling to think about, really.

That image makes me cold. It's beautiful, but you can keep the snow.

I think winter is trying to surprise us this year. Too bad we already know it's coming.

Gorgeous! But I'm still happy we're in the middle of a warm fall down in Virginia!

Happy Thanksgiving, Lou, despite the weather and financial shenanigans! I'm grateful for your blog friendship, and that's something we do have some control over.

Freezing here at 16 degrees and about two inches of snow on the ground- so far.

I'm so tired of the corporate mess, I don't even know what to say anymore.

Oh, yeah, I noticed. Corporate America, thy name is Greed.

Meh.

P.S. Beautiful picture. It'd be a good time to get out of dodge. ;-)
