ugly duckling hid the swan
that altered the world
Written for and about Catherine Ryan Hyde, the glorious swan who wrote the book "Pay It Forward". If you would, go here to read the short interview I did with her, via email. When you do, be sure to click the link that leads to the "Reprint" article. You really don't want to miss it.

i've always loved the story of the ugly duckling, lovely haiku!
Not being much of a fiction reader ( wow, that is an understatement) I think I need to read this book Pay It Forward. I liked your interview, pretty cool.
You ought to do a story about out of body experiences, yes I am back with you good bloggers and thanks for your comments.
Love your poem
Swans, my favorite big birds. There is something about them, some kind of mystery. I love seeing them in my hometown Bruges.
Love your haiku!
I enjoyed the interview. She's got good advice about writing. I am trying to write something for "Whispering" but all I have is ghost stories!
I also enjoyed the interview. Nice job.
