Hoy es Sabado

And that means it's kind of a day off. There IS an update to my new painting, as of last night, and it is here. If i'm lucky, I may have another update later tonight - but I'll link it tomorrow. You can always see the latest update by just going to NewAtArt at any time.

I'm also told that there are some readers who do most of their reading in Saturday, so perhaps it is a valuable idea to make an effort to 'keep it fresh'. Not everybody takes the weekend off from blogging. Especially me.

The picture that follows is of three young men who were wishing, at the time, for a day off. We had done Stonehenge and Bath during this day and they were waiting time until it was time to go back to the bus. And these little poopers were TIRED. And yes, the bloke in the hat is Zach. I bought him that hat in London and he hasn't stopped wearing it since.

I truly hope you're having a pleasant weekend.

The link to the update on the painting's not working. :(
I'm tired, too. And I haven't done anything today! Doing a whole lotta nothing is truly exhausting!

Elizabeth: Thanks for the heads up. I should have tested. It works now.

I'm having a pretty good day, thanks! Take a look at my blog post for this evening (still in the middle, just needed to check out my dailies for a little comic relief! Yes, you're someone I try to visit daily! Though I haven't lately! )-:). Most of today was good, there was just a little bit that wasn't. :-)

Take care!

I'm glad to hear that some people actually read blogs on the weekend. I used to feel like the only one :)

Great hat!

They had good reason to be exhausted! What a day. A good tired.

I went over and looked at your art and wanted to comment, but really I'm so art illiterate I have very little more to say than It looks great. My brother is an accomplished artist, has some sort of degree in it. I like art, I hang art. But I'm not much at giving commentary on art.

Allison: I'm flattered you try to read me daily. Thank you. I hope your day went better - I'll have to check it out.

Ohmommy: Spring!! My fave time of year. Not too cool, not too warm, andwoman start wearing far less clothing.

Kelley: I know what you mean. I go into withdrawals when I'm away from the keyboard too long.

Nicole: He DOES like that hat. He wears it EVERYWHERE.

huckdoll: I'm beginning to suspect there's a more vibrant weekend community that I thought.

hyphen mama: First of all, it's a painting in progress. Second, it's only good art if it appeals to you. So your 'good art' isn't necessarily my 'good art' and vice versa.
