I am gathering resources.
Cameras are ready. Lenses are clean and clear. Light meters are tested and compared against each other and the cameras that have meters.
Things are getting ready.
Film is in hand. Older film to be used as test material, newer film to be used when things get serious. Local film suppliers have been identified. Local labs have been identified for the test film. Mailers are in hand for the "serious" stuff.
Now it's time to develop the workflow - to know each step that needs to occur from the start of a "job" to the end - from picking up the cameras and heading out the door to delivering the final prints.
This is the fun part. No. Better said, that "this is fun". It's ALL going to be fun.
I'm going to be taking and selling pictures - personal portraits - distinctive, first class work.
I'm going to be doing street phtotgraphy. In Joliet. In Chicago. In and around Plainfield. With an eye toward exhibiting and selling prints.
Or I may go broke.
This is going to be fun.
Ndinombethe.

You have a wonderful eye with your photos. I'm very much looking forward to your new works of art.
... I am smiling wide because it IS going to be fun... no matter what... and I have an idea that you are going to do well..!
I still think going to capture the wind turbines at sunrise would make a fabulous subject.
I know your photos are going to be good - you have a good eye and a good feel. I sense a change in blog direction coming!
