100 Word Challenge - Reset

What follows is offered in response to Velvet Verbosity's 100 Word Challenge. The challenge, this week, is "Reset".



Policy Reset
"I am so tired of arguing with you ...".  He put the milk and cookies down on the nightstand on her side of the bed and sat down on the edge.

She smiled.  "If we agreed on everything we would be SO bored."  She reached over and took a cookie off the tray.

"Be careful, you.  No crumbs.  Otherwise, you know what will happen."

"But you've always said you wouldn't kick me out of bed for eating crackers."  She brushed some crumbs off the sheet.

"Well, I'm not going to argue about this.  I'm pressing the Reset Button on that policy."
