"Not a bit of it, Watson. You have your Medicine, your Science if you will, in which you have complete confidence, do you not?"
"Of course."
"And well you should. I have seen you work. You are a most excellent Doctor, Watson."
"Thank you, Holmes. Good of you to say."
"It is not flattery, Watson. I do not flatter. But just as you have trust and confidence in your Medical Science, so do I have total trust and faith in my mind."
