Behinder

Have you ever heard the expression, "The hurrieder I go, the behinder I get"?

Well, that's the way things have been going for me, lately.

And there's a reason.

On a regular basis, I work with a database system.  I also deploy and configure software systems that serve as adjuncts to the database.

It's become a race, it seems, among certain software manufacturers to make their software and supporting documentation as complex, obscure and difficult as possible.

It's a good thing I love what I do - It's a good thing I thrive on the adrenalin charge I get when I finally set things aright - It's a good thing I like a challenge and I work well under pressure.

It's a whole bunch of good things.

The problem is that when things start to stack up a bit, my priorities have to lie with the things I am employed to handle, and things like blogging and Art fall to secondary consideration.

I have missed many blogs lately.  I'll get back to commenting regularly as soon as I can.

Ndinombethe.

Shoot man, I rather enjoy your observations and intellectual meanderings... while part of the experience for many is having people read their blogs, for me, it is seeing and discovering how many people have thoughts similar to mine and how they arrived there... anywho, do your thing, man..!
