This coming Sunday, at 6:30pm, I will audition for the Chicago Edition of "Listen to Your Mother". My piece is written, although there may be some edits between now and Sunday. My voice is coming back to full clarity, although frankly, I think this whole "Barry White" thing my voice has been doing, lately, is really sexy. (I always did want to be a baritone.) I've even shown my piece *giggle* to a Blogger Mom I know, just to get someone's Stamp of Approval. Someone I respect. Wish me luck.
It's been a long time since I've appeared anywhere. There was a time in my life where being onstage was as easy and natural as breathing. But, like I said, it's been a long time. I look forward to this. I'm doing it for my Mother.
is as interesting from the back
as it is from any other angle
the Coachbuilders Art
before it all faded away shortly thereafter.

You know if something is yours it never really goes anywhere... it sits patiently, waiting for you to call on it once more...

That will be fun! =) Wish I could come listen.
Having listened to those dulcet tones weave a tale, I've no doubt your audition will be smashing.
