Things I wonder about

In no special order ...

I wonder what Earth's population would be if the wars that man has fought through the Ages never happened. Millions more? A Billion?

I wonder how scientists can contemplate a 'closed' universe. If there was a Big Bang, and there was enough matter to 'close' the Universe after that Big Bang, then Expansion never would have happened. The Universe never would have gotten bigger than a beach ball.

If (and it's not proven yet) neutrinos really do exceed the speed of light, what else does? And is this what "Dark Matter" might be - stuff that moves faster than light?

If the Universe actually rotates, is Matter favored over Anti-Matter because Matter rotates in the same direction as the Universe, and Anti-Matter's rotation is counter?

Why do we give value to form over function - as in "What a Car looks like" as opposed to "How well it works"?

I wonder what it's like to drive a Tesla?

I wonder what would have happened had I stayed in school rather than gone in the Service?

I wonder what would have happened if I had stayed in the service... those were years that we didn't do much of anything as far as military action...

I do feel a 'thing I think that I think' entry coming on...

... if you had stayed in school... somehow, I think that you turned out just right...

And if space is infinite, how can it be curved as Einstein said? Isn't infinity by definition without an edge? And doesn't a curve require an edge to define that curve?

Ummm. I read about the neutrino thing, only I didn't. I tried to understand, but I couldn't. So I'll just agree with whatever you're saying. ;)
