Wow. It's May already. Happy May, y'all.
Yesterday was #2 Son's 27th birthday. He has become such a good man - I am so proud of him.
The photo journey I had planned for last Saturday never happened - best laid plans of mice and men.
Apparently, Osama bin Laden is dead. In fact, it is confirmed by the White House. Hold on to your hats, boys and girls - the killings and bombings that will come over the next days, weeks and months, as a result of, and in revenge for, bin Laden's death, are also the death knell of the Sunni extremist movement all over the world. The head of the snake is cut off - the rest of the snake will soon die.
May God have mercy on his soul. Or maybe not.

I hope you're wrong about the retaliation for bin Laden's death. But I'm sure you're right about the end result. I'm wondering how bin Laden is finding it on the other side, what with being surrounded by all those virgins and all...
I fear retaliation too. But, I can't say I'm sorry he was finally eliminated.

... seems like it has ALWAYS been a 'tit for tat' deal with Osama and his crew... from allies in the 80's (or do people forget who helped arm the Mujahideen?)to secret bombings of one another that escalated to full attacks and wars...
...it isn't anything 'worse' as it is a state of contant renewal...
