The Final Four is now Two - UConn and Butler. The perennial powerhouse UConn vs upstart Butler. David and Goliath.
Cubs won yesterday. 5 runs in the 8th inning. Maybe they will handle Pittsburgh better this year after all.
The Cubs have been flying under the radar in one aspect of the team's construction. All the Cubs have to do is win the first 7 innings. Maybe even the first 6. They are going to have (if everyone stays healthy) the best and most effective bullpen in baseball. So all they need to do is win the first 7 and then turn it over to the bullpen - which isn't going to lose a lot of ballgames. Go Cubs.

Ah, Sunday... mother's day in the uk,so my minions have just brought me tea, toast and a small omelette while I sit here on the sofa and wonder what we should do today!
Chas says "Tell Lou I make an awesome omelette!" He does. This is an awesome omelette. Cheezy in the middle and cooked to perfection!
Since I am playing 'catch up', I will nod my head and keep on striding! I do hope the Cubbies have a good run this season though the Phillies are the team to beat out of the National League...
