Most who will read this know that my posts normally publish at 12:01am of the day of the post. Obviously, not today.
We are on the road - on the way to stay a week with friends in North Palm Beach, FL.
Bloggy friends.
After 11 hours on the road, yesterday, I guess you could say we were tired. We got to this hotel (Homewood Suites, in Kennesaw, GA), had a light dinner from a nearby Italian joint, took a shower and fell, almost immediately, to sleep.
Without posting - or setting up the Sunday post at 12:01am.
However. Now it is 20 to 8 (local time). Up and ready to go. I'm hoping the fact that the Daytona 500 runs today doesn't impact our travel down to North Palm Beach.
Hoping. I dunno.

So, how lucky am I??? We get to enjoy the company of Lou and his delightful wife LM up close and personal. Friends for life, for sure.
