Last Saturday I had lunch with eight lovely, fascinating, erudite women - bloggeres all. They are depicted below in the collage. The thing is - I don't have all the blog names and URL's yet - so until I can identify them ALL, I will identify NONE - although most of you will recognize some of the bloggers in the group.
That was the most fun I've had for two straight hours in a long time.
The Packers won. As a true blue Bears fan, my SECOND favorite team is any team that plays the Packers. I AM getting tired of losing to the Pack.
Pitchers and Catchers report in a week. Go Cubs. Truth be told, the Cubs will be lucky to finish better than 4th in their division. But there is, at this time of year, still hope.
Happy Chinese New Year. Today is the first full day of the Year of the Rabbit.
