The title of this post is in homage to Mrs.4444 (Mrs. Fours). So that makes the title 'Twos Day'. Because you know how much I like to play with Tuesday.
Yesterday, my first post of what I hope will be many published on You Won't Go Blind. It actually got a few comments and probably started more than one argument. It's called "Lou - On Relationships". You should read it. In fact, you should go to the site and cruise around a bit - it's a cool site.
I spent most of last night watching science programs on cable TV - there was a series of programs on Black Holes - the type of thing I really find fascinating. And, of course, there was a whole range of theoretical physics expounded to explain certain factors that physicists seem to think affect our universe.
You know what? I think they need to go back to the drawing board. Dark Matter? Maybe. Dark Energy? Phooey. I think the extended redshifts astronomers see are an artifact of interstellar, intergalactic carbon dust and have nothing to do with some mysterious Dark Energy. It's like soot - and it's been found on the moon. It should be everywhere in space - and if it is, it is a viable explanation for the unexpected red shift that scientists see and attribute to DE. Wrongly. When it comes to a choice between the simple and tangible, versus complex and mysterious, simple and tangible will win out every time.
