Years ago, I worked in a bank in downtown Cincinnati that had a cafeteria for both bank and the insurance company employees. At break time we would go down there and have coffee and I would put chocolate milk in my coffee. Boy, it was so good.
In this house, we call coffee "the elixir of life" and we call Virgil's root beer "nectar of the gods." Chocolate isn't given any special name usually because I'm making too many little happy grunts when I eat it and can't get any words out.
Wow. That sounded wrong, didn't it?
Sorry I haven't been here in a while. Life has intruded on my blog reading. Grrrr...
Chocolate? Meh, not so much. OK, not at all really. I can't stand the stuff. Yes, I am aware I am freak. I have embraced my inner chocolate-shunning freak. As long as I have Coca Cola, I'm good!
And the Haiku thing? Awesome, despite it's chocolatiness...Um, I don't think that's a real word, but you know what I mean.
Hmmm, word verification word..."miatochi" I like it. I like saying it. It's time for miatochi (said with a heavy Italian accent dripping with garlic) my pillow and go to bed!

Belgium is famous for it's chocolate. Belgian chocolate is one of the finest in the world. I love chocolate. Dark chocolate and strong coffee. Mmmmm.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm---chocolate.
I'm more of a chocolate fan and wouldn't mind having a diet consisting of only chocolate. However every once in a while a good cuppa is delicious too.
Very aptly named. A little chocolate right now would be heavenly.
Chas has a school day trip to Belgium in November. He said "and I'll bring you some chocolate if you let me go, mum!"
Good, sensible boy!

Love chocolate, wish I didn't quite so much! Hate coffee. Oh well. Great Haiku!
Oh I LOVE caffeine. And the taste of chocolate paired with it is heaven.
