Silk Purses

This particular blog was born on 11 Dec 2007. That's 502 days ago. On January 1st, 2008, blog365 started and it was accomplished successfully. In fact, since that day that blog365 started, this blog has taken one day off, and had one guest poster. What I don't get, what I don't understand, is how this is the 521st post.

I know there was once or twice where I pulled a Christie and posted more than once in the same day - but not 18 times.

So this ranks right up there with 'the impossible'. This is 'blood from a turnip'. This is Shakespeare from a room full of monkeys with typewriters.

This is a silk purse from a sow's ear.

My Grampa, who swore, his whole life, that you can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear, is now spinning in his grave.

Some posts in drafts? If I look in my Blogger account thingy, mine looks like I have a bazillion posts instead of just a mazillion posts. Well, not so many lately. Just keep writing. Let the numbers do whatev. :)

Hmm...that is rather curious. I have to agree with others. Check to see if you have drafts, or posts that you started, but did not finish that were auto saved. I have about 15-20 of those in my backend.

Drafts, deleted posts, blogger loves them all! Mine shows my total number of posts much higher than if you added up each of my posts for the past few years. Crazy computers!
