They can get their own

On Friday evening, I had this image pop into my mind and I wrote a story that just seemed to fall onto the keyboard. And after a week of photo essays, I thought, "Cool. A story." And Saturday's post was text, and no pictures. But then, Saturday evening, he came roaring back into my mind, again, and I wrote a second story about the Knight and his Squire. And that was Sunday's post. If you like, you can read them, here and here. Now, I'm an easy going kind of guy, most of the time. I go along with most stuff - try not to rock the boat, etc. But .. right now, the Knight and the Squire are sitting in a small tavern on the road to Jerusalem and they're getting drunk and having a grand old time and they want ME to write about it. And I ain't gonna do it. This is MY blog. If they want to tell their story - they can get their own.

Just have a Whiskey with them.
That might change your mind.

Btw. the tavern must have popped up quick.
I mean, they just cleaned the land, no? And I think they didn't have taverns with booze for the Muslims....

Grin, cheers :)

I heard Paradise has a river of alcohol running through it!

Wouldn't it be nice to share your blog with the knight for a short while, and see where he takes us?

Funny how our past can manifest itself in our present and future. I think I know where this is coming from, and I think you don't want to go there. But, then again, it is your blog as you wrote.

Ah but in their drinking jaunts they can't possibly be the wordsmith you are. If they ever change your mind, I would be delighted to read about their escapades. We've all have a tavern somewhere in our lives to unload. (Hugs)Indigo

Maybe they've got blogs in an alternate universe and they write about how they're trapped in this guy Lou's head with all the other inventions of his imagination?

So we can expect the Knight and his Squire to visit...tomorrow?

I'd be surprised if you don't write about the knight and the squire. I think they want, no need, you to tell their story. They should get their own blog, but until the alternate universe creates a blogosphere for them, I think you're going to have to write it. Plus, I want to read it too, which I'm sure is no surprise.

Drunken knights? It's funny, but I picture them in Ireland! Maybe they're so drunk they can't remember where they are?

Maybe you can just channel them and Lou takes a snooze, while the Knight and the Squire 'borrow' your keyboard. And your blog.

Oh I am so intrigued. I've been MIA from the blogosphere for a few days. I'm off to read your tale.

There have been taverns since the dawn of time, surely!

I have power and control issues too. My guides keep telling me I don't need the tarot cards and I keep telling them they are not the boss of me.

How about a pub in Plymouth instead?

Shadow: Funny? I'm serious. ;>)

NicoleB: The environment would change with whoever was in control. It gets clearer tomorrow.

M+B: Actually, he and Squire come back tomorrow.

Moneythoughts: I'm going there anyway. Maybe it's therapy.

Indigo: Well, they're coming.

Suzanne: Now that's just weird.

Employee: Yes, we can.

Joyce-Anne: No, no surprise there, Joyce-Anne. And thank you for liking my writing.

Jientje: No - they're in the Middle East.

Hyphen Mama: No, I'll do this wide awake, thank you. I am NOT going to let them just have at it.

Momisodes: I have missed you. Welcome back.

Nan: Oh yes - 5000 years ago the Egyptian were making beer.

Witchypoo: And these guys are not the boss of me, either. So maybe we'll just share for a while.

Ree: Absolutely. Tuesday night!!
