One buff mama

Yesterday, (at least I think it was yesterday) Myst_72 asked why I hadn't made a comment regarding her RACK. Simply stated, it was because I hadn't seen it yet. Actually, she should have known, or at least guessed, that I hadn't seen the necessary post, because I NEVER pass up the opportunity to comment on a RACK on display.

Normally, that's all I would do. Just comment. But in this case, I am driven, no, INSPIRED, to do more. She was brave enough to post the picture that she did, the least I can do is to pay homage to her courage and point out to you, the picture she posted. The picture of a very beautiful, and physically gifted woman. A woman of strength, physically fit and confident. I give you Myst_72. Is she not GORGEOUS?

UPDATE: And is that not a very NICE RACK?

Tonight, at 12:01AM, I will publish the next episode of The Kid. So, I'm getting nervous. Reading and re-reading the piece, trying to ferret out any mistake, any error, anything that could be said better. Trying to make sure it's the best I can make it be. And hoping that this one will be seen to be as good as the rest -deserving of its place in the sequence of stories.

I may be having fun, but I remember the stage fright, the nerves I felt when, as a younger man, I performed in the theater. And this feels just like it.

I am surprised that authors aren't all neurotic.

UPDATE: Velvet Verbosity is back and the 100 Word Challenge is alive and well. The word is FRESH. Just so ya know.

Just a few more hours. Do you remember the movie The Cincinnati Kid with Steve McQueen? Boy, that was a long time ago. Have a great day Lou.

Myst_72: No. It is I who must thank you. Whew!

Michael: Anytime, Michael. Anytime.

moneythoughts: Yes. As a matter of fact, I do. And I suppose the plots work out to be fairly similar. But this was never about the plot. It's the telling of the story that's important.

Lou, You know what you're supposed to do when you have stage fright don't you? Just visualize your audience naked!!!!

Unknown said...

employee: You DO realize that you're telling me to visualize you naked, right? You wanna help me out here? Send me a better picture, maybe? I'm just sayin'.

Expat No. 3699 said...

Wait, oh no! It's not naked!!! It's supposed to be in our underwear. Big grannie bloomers!

employee: Your first instinct is always the most accurate. Yup.

Maybe, but it's a woman's perogative to change her mind. Yep, it's underwear!

I posted one a while, but backdated it, so it didn't pop up in the feed readers. It's from my boring 365 series ;)
