Friday Haiku

Haiku Friday

Episode four, done
published and out there for you
to read and enjoy.

Episode five, done
but the victim of tweaking
and it's not time, yet.

The sixth is started
it is, maybe, halfway done
the rest is in mind.

So, maybe 10 more
before we run out of gas
and put this to bed.

But wait for the end
planning a special surprise
there's an epilogue.

Yes, it's a surprise
surprised the hell out of me
and I'm writing it!

I have been through some intense stuff at work. And it doesn't look like it's going to slack off anytime soon. There are major changes underway regarding our firewall, our Internet Service Provider, and our wireless Internet backup access. All of that means I'm not able to accelerate the publication of these stories. I had hoped to do maybe, Monday and Thursday, instead of just Thursday. Because I can do two of these a week, if I have time. Ah, time. Never enough. Never, ever enough. And if you haven't noticed, I haven't done any new painting in a month. No, never, ever enough time.

Maybe, when I win the lottery.

UPDATE: Just so you understand - the above is really just observational, not really a complaint. I am, after all, one. happy. camper.

If there isn't enough time then slow down a little - a little less of Lou is better than no Lou at all.

I don't like the thought of you being overworked or overwhelmed.

Take care Lou.

Busy, yes work just gets in the way of what you want to do, but you would be bored without the routine, well i would.
I feel quite tired after a week of early mornings and now my fish and chip dinner, I didnt sleep too well last night neither.
Anyway I will tonight, have you published any books?

Slow down. Personally, I think once a week on Thursdays is just fine. TV has teams of writers to turn out less than an hour's worth of what they call writing a week. You are a writing team of one, and one posting of The Kid a week is plenty.

Have a nice weekend Lou.

I always get the feeling you are writing so authentically Lou, about what is really on your mind, or in your current imagination....such a natural writer.

Relax.

You have the rest of your life!

I've seen your comments around. We visit the same people it seems. Thought I would drop by -- you are an interesting guy, but alas I wax poetic.
Ok that's all I've got. I understand the needing time. Today though I have too much.

Busy, busy work seems like a dream! Especially when it's work you love.

All in good time. We'll be here when you get time.

Lou, if you posted 'The Kid' every other Thursday that's fine. Don't let this blog turn into work.

Have a relaxing weekend.

Toodles~

employee: It's not the blog, Darlin'. Not at all. It's all that other crap. Man, do i need to win the lottery.

Lou, there is nothing wrong with a little complaining. I do it all the time :)

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: bloggers need more hours in the day :)

Don't you love it when you can surprise yourself with your writing?!

Boy do I understand the "not enough Time" issue. Don't push yourself, just let it flow and don't make your writing work. For work sometimes gets in the way of creativity, but without it we would not be able to create.

If it surprised you, and your writing it, I can't wait to read it.

Ooh, yes, I love epilogues in general because they have some of the juiciest little morsels and bits.

I would understand if it was a complaint.
That sounds like a big pain in the behind to me!
