feeling a little guilty

It's Sunday and I'm feeling a bit foolish and more than a little bit guilty. After my rant about people who don't bother to return the favor of a comment, I find myself guilty of that very thing. In the past few days or so, I find several names in the comments which are new to me, and I have been so busy that I haven't been able to respond in kind. I wonder what that makes them think of me. I am going to catch up - I am going to go to their sites and comment, properly, at least once. It's only right.

It's a beautiful, sunny day here, today. A bit coolish. But sunny and it will get warmer. And I will be able to get into the yard and get some much needed work done. You know, lawn tractor and sawzall kind of work. Sawzall - to cut down some 'weed trees' that have been allowed to get just a bit too big.

I wonder what it's doing in Denver. Are they still getting snowed on? That can't be fun. Not in May.

Snow in May is just terrible. Terrible I say!

It's gorgeous here, too. I'm off with the girls to a birthday party. We're going to walk there and enjoy the sunshine. :)

Happy Sunday!

Well, technically, I'm a few miles outside the Denver city limits...but I've still got the last tennis ball sized piece of Frosty The Snowman created from last Thursday's snow in my yard. IT'S MAY!!!!

Memorial weekend, Trailridge Road opens and I'm going to go take pictures of the 13 foot snow and post them. I always love that.

Hey, we all get a little behind sometimes in commenting, even when we're having our best day. It's all good. :)

Sometimes it is easy to get behind with the commenting. Especially if real life is busy.

*snickers* I was wondering why you hadn't made a comment about von's red underwear..

The Sawzall is one of the best destructive inventions ever. Must. Cut. EVERYTHING!

In Denver proper, we were able to wander about with the stroller. People were out everywhere. Gorgeous, gorgeous day. Of course, that probably means that we'll have 10 feet of snow tomorrow. Yay for spring!

Aww, you've been busy! With a sick child and working side jobs and all.

It's been a wet and cold weekend for us here in Boston. Glad you had some sunshine this weekend :)

Haha! My mom has a sawzall(at least I think that's what it is), there is nothing more badass than a grandma with a sawzall! Thanks for the comment. I really enjoyed youpost. :)

Glad that Alex is better. I am only just catching up today.

It usually happens that way.
Or the very people you had in mind all of a sudden pop by and leave a comment and you start wondering if they have an integrated alarm system (it happened to me a few times, without having posted a rant ;) )

Just take care of your yard and your Life, we'll all still be here and wait patiently, like you wait for us when we are busy somewhere :)

I'd say you do a pretty fine job of commenting elsewhere.
Snow in May? Yikes.

Removal of broom with a sawzall? I get all hot 'n bothered over power tools (mmmmmm, mama loves power tools, doesn't ever woman?), but even I have limits.

I am more further behind than you. Na na nana na, I win!

As long as my blog is first and foremost in your mind the rest can wait...
