A little more done

It's getting there, it's getting there. I am almost done. I so want to publish a picture but I have promised myself I'm not putting up any more shots until it's finished. Motivation, you know. Besides, SWMBO promised to bitch slap me if I put up one more shot before it's done. Hey, I know where to lick the oreo.

Now -- I have made a realization - an epiphany, if you will. I have encouraged many people to put code on their sites so that I can subscribe in a reader of some sort - I use Google. Problem is - I don't have any code on my own site that anyone could use for subscribing. I have to wonder how people come back to this blog. I mean, I have a feebburner, but I don't think anyone but me knows that. So ... how? I certainly haven't made it easy, that's for sure.

I have to go find some code to allow people to subscribe. Ta.

p.s. SWMBO stands for She Who Must Be Obeyed. I should probably quit referring to Annie by that appellation - because if she see'e it she's gonna bitch slap me anyway.

I'm SOOOOOO late today..So sorry. I come back here all the time because you're on my blogroll, and you're such an awesome reader who leaves me comments that link back here :)

As for the RSS, I'm not sure how it works with blogger, but there should be an RSS widget on your account that you can plop onto your page. I'm not 100% on blogger, but I know wordpress does.

okay, off to read the post i missed yesterday :)

Burn a feed! yesh! And my son calls me She Who Would Like to be Obeyed, the stinker.

I did 'burn' one. I'm just not sure how to bring that to my page. I'm a computer DO'er, not really a USER. I make 'em talk to each other, I build 'em, I network 'em, I install, configure and use Linux, but I am NOT an astute USER.

And your son is smart. If you look back through my blog, there is a reference that explains where She Who Must Be Obeyed comes from - and it precedes 'Rumpole of the Bailey' by about 100 years.

I have subscribed to your RSS somehow. You are in my google reader since the day I found you.
:D

Now for the feedburner thing, send me an email, I might be able to help you.

But actually it's easy.
You login to the account you created and you have all the options in there.
Like publicize is the one you want.
You click it, choose how your widget should look like and copy the html code.
From there you do the same like with the feedjit thing.
Put it in the sidebar of your blog, preferably somewhere higher on the top.

If it doesn't work,m send me an email ;)
